REFUND POLICY
Client(s) who cancel 1 to 5 days from their tour due date are not entitled to a refund.
Client(s) who cancel 5 to 15 days before their tour due date are entitled to a 50% refund.
Client(s) who cancel 15 or more days before their tour date are entitled to a 100% refund.
CHANGE OF DATE
Changing the dates of trips is not possible after payment is received as we would have made all arrangements including paying third party providers and also refused other potential guests.
