CANCELLATION BY CLIENT(S)

DAY TOURS

Any cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by Trendsetter Tours. The date on which the correspondence is received will determine the loss of any monies applicable.

Client(s) who cancel 1 to 5 days from their tour due date are not entitled to a refund.

Client(s) who cancel 5 to 15 days before their tour due date are entitled to a 50% refund.

Client(s) who cancel 15 or more days before their tour date are entitled to a 100% refund.

In cases where “force majeure” is involved and a trip must be cancelled or changed, Trendsetter Tours will attempt, at our sole discretion to refund payment, where possible depending on circumstances and availability of refund from third party service providers.  Any losses in such cases can be claimed on personal travel insurance.

PACKAGED TOUR

Any cancellation before 30 days of the start date of the trip would incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total value.

Any cancellation from 10 to 30 days prior to the start date of the trip would incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value.

Any cancellation less than 10 days of the start date of the trip would incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total value.

Cancellation of A Tour by The Tour Operator

If a tour is cancelled by the Tour Operators for any other reason other than natural occurrences or circumstances beyond the Tour Operators control and not by your fault or negligence you will have a choice of accepting the following:

1.  A substitute tour
2.  A 100% refund of monies paid for the cancelled tour

The Tour Operators are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you incur as a result of the cancelled booking including visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment. Where a significant element of a tour as described cannot be provided after departure, the Tour Operators will make suitable alternative arrangements where possible. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or if you reasonably reject any suitable alternatives, the Tour Operators may provide you with a refund for unused products or services as determined by their discretion.
